| Our collection of women's cotton shirts and women's cotton shirt jackets, and women's cotton chenille jackets, blazers and outerwear is made for us in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We selected the best of the best to express a strong southwest accent. The women's shirts and shirt jackets are made from lightweight pre-washed cotton and the women's light weight jackets and blazers are made from chenille cotton/polyester textiles from high quality domestic and foreign mills. | The designer is a 7th generation weaver from the renowned Ortega rug weavers of Chimayo, New Mexico. Each item is cut by hand to assure that panels and patterns match side by side and fit properly. The women's chenille cotton/polyester jackets are delivered unlined for greater breathability with on-seam side entry pockets, and removable small shoulder pads. | The shirts are unlined, with side vents for greater comfort. The collection is designed in the Southwest tradition of Native American blanket jackets dating to the pre-Puebloan era and fun to wear western designs. |
