1. All items purchased either on-line or in our store are returnable to our store for a full refund or exchange. The returns must be shipped to us pre-paid and insured no later than two weeks after receipt and in original condition. Original condition would mean not worn, soiled or smelling of tobacco or other strong odors. Please take the same care we took to carefully fold and wrap the item being returned as we took in sending it to you.
  2. Refunds must be to the same credit card as the original purchase. Purchases paid for with a check will be refunded in the form of a check, after the original purchase check has cleared. Refunds will include the full purchase price of the merchandise, including any sales taxes collected, less shipping.
  3. All items are guaranteed from defects in materials or workmanship. Please contact us for any care questions or repairs needed.
  4. All personal data collected from our customers including credit card numbers, e-mail addresses and purchase history are held in the strictest confidence. We will not sell or rent this information.
  5. Fees for shipments to other countries will be on an FOB or CIF basis, and will not include any locally collectable duties or taxes or brokerage fees to clear customs.
